Terms of Service

Last updated 14 July 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Stretch Shuffle (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Stretch Shuffle.

Health & safety. Stretch Shuffle provides general fitness and stretching content for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Stretching carries a risk of injury. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise programme, stop immediately if you feel pain or discomfort, and only attempt movements within your ability. You use the app and perform any stretch entirely at your own risk.

Who can use Stretch Shuffle

You must be at least 16 years old to use Stretch Shuffle. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

Stretch Shuffle offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription (£3.99/month, or an annual option where available). Payments are handled by Stripe.

  • Auto-renewal. Premium renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for each renewal.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your Premium access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that.
  • Refunds. Because Premium is a digital service that you access immediately, your statutory 14-day right to cancel ends once the service has begun, to the extent permitted by law. We do not otherwise provide refunds for partial billing periods, but nothing in these terms limits your rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable law.
  • Price changes. We may change subscription pricing. We will give you reasonable notice before a change affects you, and it will only take effect at your next renewal.

Acceptable use

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You agree not to upload, post, or share content that:

  • is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or threatening;
  • is sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise obscene;
  • infringes anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • contains malware, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service;
  • impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation.

You also agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that breaks the law.

Your content

You keep ownership of the stretches, videos, and other content you add to Stretch Shuffle. You are solely responsible for it, and by uploading it you confirm that:

  • you own the content or have all rights and permissions needed to use it; and
  • your use of it is for your own private, personal use within the app.

Content you upload is kept private to your account. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the service for you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Reporting content & moderation

Content that violates these terms is not allowed. If you come across objectionable content or an abusive user, you can report it using the reporting controls in the app, or email us at stretchshuffle@outlook.com. We aim to review reports and remove violating content within 24 hours. You can also block abusive users so their content no longer appears to you. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Copyright & takedown requests

We respect intellectual property rights and expect you to do the same. If you believe content on Stretch Shuffle infringes your copyright, send a notice to stretchshuffle@outlook.com that includes: identification of the work, a link to the material, your contact details, and a statement that you believe the use is unauthorised. We will respond to valid notices and remove infringing material.

Third-party content and links

The app may let you add or view content from third-party services (for example, embedded videos). We are not responsible for third-party content, and your use of it may be subject to that third party’s own terms.

Availability & changes to the service

We work to keep Stretch Shuffle available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” and may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also add or move content between the free and Premium tiers.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stretch Shuffle is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. As above, the app is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £50.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and costs arising from content you upload or from your breach of these terms or of any law.

Termination

You can stop using Stretch Shuffle and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — such as content ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and for significant changes we will provide a more prominent notice. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
